ROSALÍA - BAGDAD (Cap.7: Liturgia)

ROSALÍA's new video for her song BAGDAD gives us the chills. She is depicted wearing a red jumpsuit dancing on a poll in front of a man who seems to being enjoying her sensual dance. When she finishes her dance she angrily runs to the bathroom and shuts the door abruptly.  She starts crying in the bathroom so distraught and broken down that the whole bathroom starts to fill up with her tears. Her innocent and emotional vocal melodies make u feel the pain she is feeling in this moment alone in her misery. As the video progresses she starts to drown in her own tears. Some of her Spanish lyrics translated state:“And it’s going to burn, if it continues this way.The flames rise up to heaven to die. There’s no one else around here. There’s nobody else, sitting and clapping”.

This is just a taste of the intense feeling she emits in this song. As she starts to drown in her tears her vocals sound like a choir almost foreshadowing her leaving this world into heaven. The video will not fail to capture your attention, possibly make you cry, and feel her pain as she moves into the heaven state. The ambient colors combined with her mesmerizing vocals will take you somewhere euphoric.

Rosalía crossed the Spanish boundaries after receiving praise from international influencers and after several collaborations with artists such as J Balvin and Pharrell Williams. Her sexy, innocent, and seductive voice are undeniable and we love escaping into her passionate world!
