Check out "Noirse" from South African artist Petite Noir, set to be released by Domino Recordings as part of a new EP on July 8th. Yannick Ilunga, the man behind this masterpiece, seems to combine hints of different genres to create something entirely his own. We might describe it as Tanlines meets TV on the Radio, with it's somewhat dark, indie, electronic/dub influences and its absorbing African rhythms. Stay tuned in to what this guy is doing, you won't be disappointed.
