He’s Ghost (La Familia). Motivated by Psalm 124, Ghost stands for “God’s Human Outlaws Striving Together. Once posted on his social media platforms, “don’t bitch about minor skirmishes, don’t fight wars that cannot be won or are irrelevant,” Ghost has kept to his words. He has now made his own rules in the music business by launching his own Indie label Life Art Music Group, and most importantly, made himself someone.
Born Roderick World Harris Jr., aka “Ghost,” the Texas native currently resides in Miami, Florida, and has achieved aspirations in the rap world. In 2016, Ghost set the stage for it by gracing SXSW and recorded a stash of mixtapes. Being the son of NFL player Rod Harris, Sr. and Nina Goosby, he honored his mother with a new video for the track “Nina’s Son.”
Ghost rapped out the arresting lyrics like no one else does in the track “Nina’s Son.” Even better, this promising video of Ghost produced by Brandon Bxtes, directed by Fxrbes and engineered by grammy nominated Dyryk, drops the visuals of Ghost’s life struggles into our minds. Like he said, “the enemy is you, your brain, which prevents you from thinking different, which believes doors are closed and you’re constricted.” We shall breakthrough whatever walls we made up by invent our own creative ways.
Catch Ghost alive in our next party, Monday, February 6. This one is for Kurrupt #Psalms124KJVPrayForUs.
