Static-X, Terminator Oscillator

If you're a fan of Static-X and happen to enjoy a solid Godzilla flick, this video might be the think you are looking for.  As a fan of both, I found the video was beyond kick-ass and checks off all the boxes including monsters, metal, and absolute mayhem!

I think you'll dig it to, give it a whirl and lets us know what ya think.

Excerpts from November 4ths Press Release (Kevin Chiaramonte / PFA Media):

(New York, NY)  Multi-platinum selling industrial music icons Static-X have released a music video for the song “Terminator Oscillator” from their critically acclaimed 2020 release Project Regeneration Vol. 1. The 2-part album features the final vocal performance of Wayne Static, along with the original Wisconsin Death Trip band lineup. The song has become a fan-favorite and the Godzilla inspired music video was directed by Edsel Dope and co-directed by Matt Zane. The clip follows a giant X-faced monster wreaking havoc on an entire city, while chasing down the members of Static-X.

“We wanted to do something outside of what you would generally expect to see from a metal band music video. The video really captures the quirky, Sci- Fi spirit of Static-X and is unlike anything that we’ve ever seen from bands in our genre,” explains Static-X.

Static-X will bring more of their self-proclaimed “Evil Disco” to the masses with their Rise Of The Machine North American Tour 2022.  The 37-date run kicks off on February 21st in Portland, OR and runs over 5 weeks wrapping up on April 3rd in San Francisco, CA. Joining the touring Static-X lineup of Tony Campos, Koichi Fukuda, Ken Jay, and Xer0, will be fellow industrial metal pioneers Fear Factory and Dope, along with special guests Mushroomhead and Twiztid (appearing on select dates). More information on tickets, meet & greets and other VIP experiences for the Rise Of The Machine tour can be found at: www.Static-X.com.

Andrew Hagar, Red Light Appetite I've been following this cats evolution for quite some time, and like fine wine he's getting better with age. Andrew Hagar's recently dropped a new single (with accompanying video) entitled "Red Light Appetite" and it fires on all cylinders. It's got all the prerequisites one would expect from Hagar video… Read more

Michete - Hard It’s been a year since Michete has blessed us with a jam and boy what a long, hard year it was without her. “Hard” brings us back to the Miss Shitty underground and it feels like coming home. TH' LEGENDARY SHACK SHACKERS - RAWHIDE! The memory of the great West spends its time roaming the lonesome road of sub-pop culture searching for its comeback. Though its rough and tumble days of wild lawlessness sometimes seem like a wholesome footnote in our history compared to the cyber anarchy of the 21st century, there are still… Read more

  • Zeus Rebel Waters - "LUV"
Zeus Rebel Waters - "LUV" I have a soft spot in my heart for women on the pole, but an even softer spot for Zeus Rebel Waters. Tuning his usual rasp toward the traditional trap beat, the one word that can describe his 2020 single “Luv” love is, “classic”. The simplicity of the song’s intention… Read more
